Booth Set-Up & Equipment Rental Delivery Time

When? Monday 5/15 between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM
**OPTIONAL: Sunday 5/14 between 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
-Our conference opening begins at 2:30 PM so all booth set ups need to be completed at 12:00 PM

Where? Solutions Hall in The Forum Ballroom at Caesars Palace

Exhibitor Hours

• Monday 5/15 between 12:00 PM – 7:30 PM
• Tuesday 5/16 between 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Wednesday 5/17 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Booth Break-Down and Equipment Rental Pick-Up Time

• Wednesday 5/17 between 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Meeting Space Restrictions

• Sponsors may rent or bring items that will fit within your space
– Platinum area is 20′ wide and 20′ footprint (no pipe and drape)

– Gold Plus, Gold and Silver areas are 10′ wide by 10′ deep

• Nothing may be placed on or attached to walls (floor banners welcome)
• No outside food or beverage without prior approval form the CMA and venue
