Booth Set-Up & Equipment Rental Delivery Time

When? Sunday 5/6 between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM & Monday 5/7 between 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
-The main conference opening begins at 1:00 PM so all booth set ups need to be completed at 12:00 PM

Where? Solutions Hall in The Presidential North Ballroom at The Gaylord Opryland

Exhibitor Hours

• Monday 5/7 between 12:00 PM – 7:30 PM
• Tuesday 5/8 between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday 5/9 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Booth Break-Down and Equipment Rental Pick-Up Time

• Wednesday 5/9 between 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM

Meeting Space Restrictions

• Sponsors may rent or bring items that will fit within your space
– Diamond area is 20′ wide and 20′ footprint (no pipe and drape) & Platinum sponsors have a 20′ X 10′ pipe and drape area.

– Gold Plus, Gold and Silver areas are 10′ wide by 10′ deep
