Freeman Exhibitor Services will be the expo service company for the 2020 Conference!

Signed up for sponsorship? Here are some materials to help you leading up to showtime:

Click here to visit Freeman Online! There you will find information about ordering furniture, carpet, monitors, internet, and all other AV and electrical. The site also includes information about shipping locations, deadlines, and much more.

Sunday, February 23 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Monday, February 24 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Exhibitor Move-Out:

Wednesday, February 26 12:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Booth Space:

Sponsors may rent or bring items that will fit within your space.
All booths include a 6’ x 4’ table and 2 basic chairs.

  • Diamond booth locations measure 20′ x 20′ (no pipe and drape) and include special order carpet.
  • Platinum sponsor booths measure 20′ x 10′ and include 10′ high back pipe and drape.
  • Gold Plus, Gold and Silver booths measure 10′ x 10′ and include 10′ high back and 3′ side pipe and drape.

Additional Items of Note:

  • Nothing may be placed on or attached to walls (floor banners welcome)
  • No outside food or beverage without prior approval form the CMA and venue
