Diane Milanese

Vice President of Member Services 

Diane oversees the Member Services team; addressing business-critical issues and identifying solutions and category management resources for association members across multiple categories and channels. She also identifies content for the annual Conference, listening for current industry needs, utilizing her research abilities and solution-focused thought process to identify relative topics and recruit speakers, in order to offer attendees a relevant and valuable experience.

“My goal is, for anyone contacting the CMA for whatever reason, that your experience be a positive one, and that you come away with value; so that the next time you need something – we are your first call.”

For more than 15 years Diane worked as an executive recruiter within the CPG/FMCG world. Prior to that, she owned and managed stores with a major food franchise, giving her depth of knowledge from the operator side.

Glenda Ledesma

Member Services Operations Director/HR Services Director

Glenda’s experience spans more than 16 years, including administrative support, technical research, database administration, and database marketing within CPG industry. Glenda is passionate about finding solutions and she strives for excellence in response time and customer service to partner companies.

Glenda’s mantra is to do “whatever it takes” to advance strategic business initiatives from a data management perspective, plus help organize that data and create processes to serve our members.

She has been able to provide added value with research efforts related to marketplace trends and market development projects.

Glenda’s interests include loving life and wanting to get to see as many places that she can and enjoy time with friends and family, always remembering that life is short and a gift from God.

Patty Wheeler

Member Services

Patty is a valued member of the CMA Member Services Team. She comes to CMA with more than 17 years in customer service and sales where she learned to identify customer needs, intercept potential problems, listen well, and communicate effectively.
Patty’s work experience has made her well-rounded, and able to help you with anything you need. Her background includes accounting, loan processing, loan origination, and subscription and product sales. She excels in new business relationships and improving upon existing partnerships. Just tell her what you need and she will find a way to make it happen!
Patty attended Tiffin University on a sports scholarship and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting.
Patty loves to be outdoors running, hiking, camping, or simply reading a good book. She enjoys staying active but also likes to take time to sit back and appreciate all that the world has provided. Patricia Mecen Dominquez

Patricia Mecen se graduó con honores del ITESM en Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Comunicación, desde entonces ha estado en puestos de ventas y servicio al cliente en diversas empresas incluyendo Supermercados. Ha desempeñado sus servicios como CatMan y Cuenta Clave para las categorías de No Comestibles y Bebidas y Botanas, por lo que cuenta con experiencia en el área de mercadeo cruzado, diseño de anaquel, planes de ofertación y exhibiciones, precios, márgenes, control de inventarios así como revisiones y planes de Negocio.

Patricia inicio su carrera en HTC con la venta de líneas telefónicas y servicio al cliente, posteriormente trabajó bajo la tutela de Luis Herrera en HEB como Asistente de la Subdirección de Retail, capacitándose en el control de tareas, proyectos y coordinación de eventos. Posteriormente estuvo en el área de Category involucrándose sobre todo en los procesos de tendencias de consumo y diseño de espacios en Planograma.

Durante los últimos 3 años estuvo trabajando para Valle Redondo, empresa mexicana líder en la manufactura y venta de Jugos y Vinos, enfocando sus esfuerzos para cadenas como Soriana, HEB, Seven Eleven y Oxxo empapándose de la operación en punto de venta así como en el diseño de estrategias de ofertación para el impulso de la venta.
