Chris DeFinizio is Manager of Store & Space Planning in the Merchandising Support Department at Wakefern Food Corporation, the nation’s largest retailer-owned cooperative with supermarket banner’s that include ShopRite, Price Rite Marketplace, The Fresh Grocer, Dearborn Market, Gourmet Garage and Fairway. Chris leads the Planning of New Stores/Remodels, Refreshes & Departmental Category Planograms / Reinvention efforts that cover Perishable & Non Perishable Departments throughout the total store to help enhance the consumer shopping experience. Chris joined Wakefern as a Full Service store representative in 1994, and has held various roles in the Merchandising Departments, Store Operations and Procurement.
