Join Arterra Wines, one of the contributors to CatMan 3.0, in combination with the CMA, to provide a deep dive on Insights Immersion, including how to populate an ‘Insights Library’ and how to leverage the CMA’s Omnichannel Shopper Framework in this process. One of the biggest revisions in CatMan 3.0 from previous versions is the addition of ‘Insights Immersion’ as the very first step in the category management process, before corporate or partner objectives are considered. The goal is for insights, and shopper wants and needs, to guide the decisions made throughout the process instead of using our decisions to attempt to guide shoppers down a path that suits us.
