And we believe we’ve found a lineup of innovative thinkers who will not only inspire you, but help you build a new toolbox for inspiring new and exciting ideas from your own teams.

With that, we are so pleased to introduce the all-star lineup of keynote speakers for the 2020 Conference, Winning the Future of Retail with Technology and Insights.

Michael McGuire, Local Theory [Walmart Store No. 8]

Our Emcee, Kevin Coupe, brings a wealth of retail knowledge and experience. He is the author of two influential business books. The first is “Retail Rules! 52 Ways To Achieve Retail Success,” a guidebook for competing effectively and efficiently on Main Street. His second book, co-authored with Michael Sansolo is “The Big Picture: Essential Business Lessons from the Movies,” which uses film narratives to teach about leadership, marketing and surviving the workplace.

For more than 18 years, he’s had his own website/blog –– providing what he calls, “Business news in context, and analysis with attitude.” He also hosts the podcast, “Retail Tomorrow,” which features innovators from the worlds of retail, brands, technology, and academia.

We’re so excited to have Kevin lead the way at our General Sessions. He’ll bring unparalleled insight, context and personality to this year’s Conference.

John is practically synonymous with PepsiCo, where he has been an instrumental leader for 33 years. In his time there, he has developed an industry-leading go-to-market supply chain strategy across direct store delivery (DSD), warehouse delivery and ecommerce.

John is a globally-recognized keynote speaker, who has shared his expertise at some of the industry’s foremost forums on CPG/retail-related topics, including Gartner, Consumer Goods Forum, GMA, NGA, GS1, and other major industry forums.

John will offer his unique perspective digital disruption and supply chain technology at the 2020 Category Management and Shopper Insights Conference, inspiring new ideas on how you can give your brand a competitive edge.
