Stradigi AI is a Canadian artificial intelligence (AI) software company that empowers organizations to quickly implement business-accelerating Artificial Intelligence (AI). Our award-winning Kepler platform bridges the AI talent gap with intuitive Automated Data Science Workflows that lets users gather insights and prediction results for hundreds of business use cases. With Kepler, business people can dive deep into their data to obtain insights allowing them to segment data, identify patterns, detect anomalies and make recommendations to grow their business without requiring data science expertise.

What is the most exciting thing you are working on right now?

We are excited that our AI platform, Kepler, empowers our customers’ existing teams with the data science expertise to begin taking advantage of the efficiency driving and cost-cutting benefits AI offers. Our latest offering, Kepler Insights, allows customers to benefit from real-time AI insights, without requiring any technical expertise, and provides results in spreadsheet format like Excel or CSV or in BI tools to visualize the data.

Where do you feel you’ve been helping clients make the most impact during the pandemic? How have you adjusted to meet their needs?

Over the past year many of our retail clients experienced massive disruption and changes that required them to dramatically accelerate their digital timelines and how they conduct business. One thing they learned was that they didn’t have the time, resources, or know-how to gather the insights needed to provide answers to keep business moving at the speed required to keep up with market shifts. During this time, we expanded our service offering to provide AI expertise to help customers stay competitive, retain customers and overcome challenges during times of uncertainty.

How have you been helping clients adjust to new & growing omnichannel dynamics?

Retail business is no longer about looking at a specific category, buyer, or individual aspect of the purchasing cycle. Now it is all about having a highly personalized and quantified perspective and diving into the omni-channel across multiple customer touchpoints and personas. This more in depth view adds another layer of opportunity and complexity that can only be made available with AI and machine learning tools. You can now take your surplus of data and input it into an AI platform to discover trends, patterns and relationships across your entire business. Understanding these predictive trends and forecasting insights before they happen allows you to be more proactive to market changes, drive marketing revenue, and can even help predict demand and inform product development.

A great example is Orangead, a digital signage solution, who used our Kepler platform to predict foot traffic at a given location near its intelligent ad terminals to facilitate ad buyer decision-making on their platform. Orangead was able to accelerate their first AI project by allowing all team members, including those with less AI experience, to contribute to its development. The use of Kepler allowed them to significantly accelerate the development of business models and provide accurate forecasts to their network of advertising partners, without having to use the resources and time previously needed.
